Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

No. We operate and ship exclusively within the United States (USA). We do not accept orders or ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard delivery window for all domestic orders is 5 to 8 business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal and public holidays.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and secure payment options available at checkout. Your payment details are fully encrypted and securely processed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@dagfar.com. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How do I request a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Who pays for return shipping?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
